What preparations should we make? Health-wise, you are advised to consult your local health centre for inoculation suggestions. Hepatitis A, Tetanus and Cholera are usually advised. Whilst Thailand has mosquitoes, the many forms of Malaria are not common and therefore not much of a risk, with prevention from being bitten being the best course of action. To gain access to Thailand, each traveler must have a passport that is valid for a minimum of six months on the day of arrival, together with a return flight ticket. No visa is required for most tourists, including those from the EU and USA, when staying for up to 30 days. For official confirmation you can check here. |
